Do it the Korean Way!

Ssam 쌈 means “wrapped” in Korean. Leafy vegetable is used to wrap a piece of meat and other condiments. 

Take a leaf of our fresh lettuce, layer a piece of meat, grilled onion, fried garlic, chili bits and add homemade ssam sauce for a finishing touch. 

Tip: Avoid spilling out the fillings by making a bite-sized bomb and popping it in 1 mouthful!
